how can one leave with a relationship when at every moment your partner is suspecting you are cheating on him/her

That is more like being under investigation than being in a relationship!

There should not be fear where there is true love.

Even I wouldn't like it if my partner cared for me the same way she does to other. A relationship is like an organization.Its up to you two to make things work.If she suspects you all the time, there must be a reason for that.So you should find out why she is suspecting you and act on it. It may not be because you doing something bad but its very important to explain to her. If you are free with her about what she suspects you on and work on it then i know things will be better for the two of you.
