• We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, Afroterminal is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any individual term or condition herein will be governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
Confirmation of Payment
You will be presented with a screen confirming payment when it has been accepted. You should print this screen for your own records.
