Returns
We want you to be entirely happy with your Afroterminal Marketsquare purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unused product to us within 7 days of delivery in the UK (and 21 days of delivery, outside the UK) and we will refund the cost of the goods.
For unwanted products, you are responsible for the postage costs. If the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage (please obtain a proof of postage). In the first instance, please send a mail to refunds@afroterminal.com, clearly stating your name, the order number, and the reason for the refund. We will then mail you the relevant address to return the item(s) to. Returns can then be sent by post, in the original packaging, including any outer boxes.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
